四川廣安市50多歲的周姓男子，半年來撥打119、110、120等報警電話累計5000多次，最終被警方依法拘留10日。他在白天、晚上等不同時段撥打報案電話，只要聽到男性警員接聽就會立即掛斷電話，甚至還會辱罵；而女性警員則會言語調戲，長期佔用緊急報警電話線路。

綜合陸媒報導，從2017年1月以來，岳池縣消防大隊119火災報警電話不時接到一名男子無故打來的電話，有時謊稱著火了，有時又說好無聊，想找女性警員聊天。據了解，擾警的周姓男子現年52歲，是廣安市廣安區白馬鄉人，因為自身條件一直未婚，常常感到寂寞無聊。

周男知道撥打119等報警電話不需要電話費，從第一次撥打119報警電話，發現是個女警後，就停不下來，瘋狂撥打電話騷擾警察，有時119是男警接電話，就改撥110或者120，反正是不用錢的電話專線，基本上全都打過好幾遍。警方透過電話鎖定嫌犯位置，14日成功在居所逮到男子。
