四川廣安市50多歲的周姓男子,半年來撥打119、110、120等報警電話累計5000多次,最終被警方依法拘留10日。他在白天、晚上等不同時段撥打報案電話,只要聽到男性警員接聽就會立即掛斷電話,甚至還會辱罵;而女性警員則會言語調戲,長期佔用緊急報警電話線路。

綜合陸媒報導,從2017年1月以來,岳池縣消防大隊119火災報警電話不時接到一名男子無故打來的電話,有時謊稱著火了,有時又說好無聊,想找女性警員聊天。據了解,擾警的周姓男子現年52歲,是廣安市廣安區白馬鄉人,因為自身條件一直未婚,常常感到寂寞無聊。

周男知道撥打119等報警電話不需要電話費,從第一次撥打119報警電話,發現是個女警後,就停不下來,瘋狂撥打電話騷擾警察,有時119是男警接電話,就改撥110或者120,反正是不用錢的電話專線,基本上全都打過好幾遍。警方透過電話鎖定嫌犯位置,14日成功在居所逮到男子。
